About Austin

With my unique background in real estate law having worked at multiple law firms in the Greater Louisville area during this past decade, I bring a different perspective to the real estate industry. With over14 years as a Real Estate Paralegal, I have direct experience working every day resolving property issues for clients, drafting and reviewing contracts, clearing titles for buyers and lenders, and coordinating closings with multiple parties. My expertise in real estate law and the closing process are invaluable in serving clients as an agent with eXp Realty. As a Shelby County native I live with my wife, Emma, and our four children, Eleanor, Henry, Abigail, and Margaret in Shelbyville. I am well connected in the community from my years of service in various leadership roles and civic organizations locally. I have served this community over the years as an Eagle Scout and Assistant Scoutmaster with Boy Scout Troop 270, Den Leader with Cub Scout Pack 470, a member of the Bagdad Ruritan Club, co-founder of the Shelby County Young Professionals Association, member of the Shelby County Cattlemen’s Association, and a member of the Our Lady of Lourdes parish. I am also a 2015 graduate of Leadership Shelby. My previous pursuit of public service has given me invaluable on-the-ground experience in public relations and working with people from all different walks of life. With my deep knowledge of the community, my experience working in the legal industry, and my passion for serving others, I am ready to serve you today!
