Alex Degg first started in the Real Estate industry as a Marketing Director for L. Steve Castlen, Realtors in Owensboro, KY. Alex managed the entire branding for the company and each individual agent. He took the company to be the leading online presence in Owensboro with the largest social media following. After moving to Louisville Alex became the Listing/Office Manager for The Elizabeth Monarch Group. One of the most successful real estate groups in Kentucky. Owned and operated by Elizabeth Monarch, current BNI member. Alex retained that position for two and half years, learning all about the industry from the best. He then took all necessary courses and qualifications to obtain his own Real Estate license. Working as both a marketing director and office manager for two different real estate companies in two different markets really increased his knowledge of the industry. Alex has seen and worked with some of the best Realtors in the state, setting the standard for how he conducts his own Real Estate business. 

As a broader summary, Alex has experienced and trained in all aspects of Real Estate. The marketing, listing, buying, contracts, lead generation, business management and organization being only some of the areas he has been involved with. Since getting his license Alex has helped first time home buyers, commercial buyers, sellers, relocation, downsizing, and foreclosures.
