About Laura

With 15 years of experience in real estate, from investing to property management, I love every aspect of the business. Whether it's painting and remodeling or matching a client's needs to find the perfect fit, it brings me great joy to be a part of turning a house into a home.
 
A Louisville native for 20+ years, I have come to know and love Louisville and its many neighborhoods, each with its own unique personality. From our vibrant downtown to the expansive greenspace (nearly 4,000 acres!) of The Parklands of Floyd's Fork that surrounds us, there are so many wonderful reasons to call Louisville home.
 
In my spare time, you'll find me out with the family and our dogs exploring local hiking and biking trails. As a music lover, I enjoy Louisville's live music scene catching my favorite bands and discovering new ones at small, independently owned venues, historic theaters, and the many festivals celebrating just about every genre. I love to support small businesses and locally owned restaurants (be sure to keep an eye on the blog as I share some of my favorites!).
 
I am committed to staying at the forefront of the industry through continued education and have received both the Certified Listing Expert and Accredited Buyer Representative certifications, helping me to best serve my clients whether buying or selling.
 
I am also proud to have earned the National Association of Realtors GREEN Designation and am proud to be a part of the conversation of moving the real estate industry forward with sustainability in mind.
